Homework Tutors and Teen Tutors.
We are in desperate need of people to commit an hour or two a week to assist children with homework. This involves one on one time with a child and the commitment is very important. We need tutors for both primary school and high school grades.
If your teen has an hour or two to spare, this is a lovely social responsibility programme they can get involved in. Even reading to the nursery school children and babies.
Subjects include:
English, Maths, Afrikaans, Reading, Spelling.
Our vision is to raise and educate orphaned, abandoned, abused and neglected children. We want to ensure that our children are cared for in loving Christ Centered homes. We welcome all children and see all children for who they are, where they come from whether they are HIV / AIDS positive or not. We believe all children should be given an equal chance.
Our purpose is to put back normal, loving, caring, educated young adults into society. Young men and women of excellence. We would also like to put quality time into those who will only be in our temporary care.
The Village Safe Haven is a cluster foster care facility for orphaned, vulnerable and abused children.
